The Darin M. Camarena health Centers, Inc. (DMCHC), formerly known as El Concilio De Madera officially opened to the public in September of 1980.  Beginning only with primary health care and health education services for perinatal patients in the local area, Camarena Health Centers has grown dramatically over the 26 years.    From a moderate clientele of 1,500 medical patients, they now service approximately 25,00 patients over three different states.  They are now one of the largest community-based health care providers and offer a full range of medical and dental services, all within state-of-the-art facilities.

Wunna Mine is the Chief Information Officer for Camarena Health Centers serving the primary care needs of the residents of Madera County in California. Camarena Health Centers is one of the first community health centers in California to fully utilize E.H.R. system as early as 2001. Wunna has worked with community health centers for over 8 years where he is responsible for Healthcare technology innovation, IT strategy and IT service delivery.  Prior to joining Camarena Health Centers, he served as Director of Information Technology at United Health Centers in Fresno County. Wunna also worked as Project Manager for IBM Global Services division. Wunna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University and Masters in Business Administration from California State University Fresno.
